The Plate-Bucker® Set is a passive device for noise reduction that does not modify the true single-coil sound. The hum is reduced up to 90% and has no impact on tone, which is great for single-coil players who do not like stack or noiseless models and instead wants the unique Strato® sound free from hum. The system is very easy to install in the same place of the original tremolo back cavity, and requires that the 3 single-coil pickups have the same polarity and wind to cancel hum in all 5-switch positions. The device includes a complete set of special Blues Set x 3, since it needs that the 3 single-coil pickups have the same polarity and wind to cancel hum in all 5-switch positions. The sound has plenty of midrange chirp, crystal highs and tight bass. Our most popular single coil pickups feature an overwound single-coil construction that produces Texas-blues tone. Staggered hand-beveled polepieces balance output across every string and add more focus and enhanced dynamics.
Proudly made in Florida-BA, those products are hand built in our workshop and pickups are wax potted for squeal free operation.
